This batch wasn’t as good as usual, taste a texture mostly Jack cheese flavor, not a hint of Leek sorry to say.

This cheese has a very delightful flavor and texture. It is versatile in it's usage whether it's a charcuterie tray, melted over or in an omelet, melted on a triscuit, on a grilled burger, etc. Amazing cheese.
