Shipping

At Meister, it is our goal to share our award-winning cheese with you, your family, and your friends. We want to ship it to you as fairly and affordably as possible.

Because our cheese is perishable, we ship all products in insulated containers with ice packs to help ensure they arrive in the best condition possible.

We have a minimum order of $20 dollars to ship an item. 

Warm Weather Disclaimer:

Please be aware that during warmer months, cheese may arrive softer or warmer than expected, even with ice packs. While we do everything in our power to pack and ship carefully, we cannot control weather conditions or carrier handling. If you are concerned about product condition in transit, we strongly recommend selecting Express Shipping at checkout.

Additional Details:

• Orders do not arrive over the weekend. We ship Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays only.
• Any order placed after 1 PM Central on Wednesday will ship the following Monday.
• We do not ship over major U.S. holidays that fall on weekdays, as uninterrupted transit days are required.
• Shipping is available only in the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska)
• We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been shipped. The tracking number(s) will be active within 24 hours.
