Our semi-soft Monterey Jack is blended with wild, earthy morel mushrooms and delicately flavored leeks. This creamy, uniquely flavored cheese is a real crowd pleaser, pairs well with light wines and is the original Morel & Leek Jack ever produced!

Pairs well with: Chardonnay, Pino Noir, Brown Ale, Belgian Dubbel, Classic Manhattan, Herbal Gin Cocktail

From MN and love trying different cheeses. I’m not big on jack cheese but this cheese is on another level. It’s lovely paired with a slice of a crusty warm baguette.

This cheese was recommended for guest serving. My first time hearing of it. Purchased from Fresh Market. This cheese is delicious. Goes well with Cabernet. I will continue to purchase.

So far I love all the cheese that I have tried.

So happy this turned up at the store! The cheesemonger had to think about what to pair it with. We landed on pears! The fall-winter flavor of leek complements the crisp grainy pear beautifully. New weekend lunch is that with croissant and a glass of white wine.

I love thischeese! Creamy, savory deliciousness. Makes the best grilled cheese sandwiches EVER!
