So happy this turned up at the store! The cheesemonger had to think about what to pair it with. We landed on pears! The fall-winter flavor of leek complements the crisp grainy pear beautifully. New weekend lunch is that with croissant and a glass of white wine.

I love thischeese! Creamy, savory deliciousness. Makes the best grilled cheese sandwiches EVER!

This batch wasn’t as good as usual, taste a texture mostly Jack cheese flavor, not a hint of Leek sorry to say.
