Ingredients

3 cups shredded or chopped cooked chicken
1 cup chopped dill pickles
½ cup Meister Cheese Spicy Dill Pickle Jack, cut into small pieces
½ cup diced celery
¼ cup chopped green onions
½ - 1 jalapeño, seeds removed and finely chopped (optional)
Honey, for serving (optional)

½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup plain Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
3 tablespoons dill pickle juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon cane sugar or honey (optional)
½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

Directions

To a large bowl, add the chicken, pickles, cheese, celery, green onions, and jalapeño. Mix to combine.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients.
Pour the dressing over the chicken salad and mix to combine. Season with more salt and pepper, if needed.
Cover and chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours. Serve as desired and drizzle with honey.
